Job Summary:

Provides leadership with a developmental guidance and counseling program designed to enhance the personal/social, academic, and career development of students.
Education:
Bachelor  Degree in School Counseling required

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in counseling students as individuals and in groups

Certification/Licensure:

  • Hold or be eligible for a certification in school counseling;

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate a guidance and counseling program based on student needs.
  • Proven skill in counseling individuals and groups.
  • Ability to conduct large group guidance sessions.
  • Ability to convey accurate information regarding academic and career guidance.
  • Ability to consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding the developmental needs of students.

Ensure that the teaching of mathematics throughout the school is of high quality.

School Librarian

 

School librarian is responsible for organizing and managing collections of journals, books, magazines, newspapers, electronic documents, and other data resources. At the elementary school level, librarian may also be responsible for organizing mini lessons, crafts, and story time. School librarian will often work with children to help guide them to material of the appropriate reading level. Throughout all levels, he/she monitor the checking out and returning of books. In addition, he/she is responsible for helping students find and understand information within the library that they may need. Depending on where they work, school librarians may have their own office where they can carry out administrative tasks.

Requirements needed:

  • Bachelor degree in relevant field.
  • From 3 to 5 years of experience in same position.
  • Good knowledge in cataloguing and classifying library resources.
  • Experience in using library systems.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Fluent language skills is a must.

 

Admissions Officer

 Job Summary:

Welcome and provide new parents and students with a positive first impression of the School by presenting school curriculum and achievements. Organize and manage the admissions procedures of students and maintain records and files of all current and prospective students. Do school tours and help in assessments.

Requirements needed:

  • From 2 to 3 years of experience in same position.
  • Previous experience in schools is a MUST.
  • Experience with school management systems and database.
  • Experience with ministry of education regulations and schools’ acceptance requirements.
  • Very good communication skills and Presentable.
  • Highly organized.
